Drip Coffee
15g coffee per 8 oz water · Medium grind

French Press
16g coffee per 8 oz water · Coarse grind · Steep 4 minutes

Pour-Over
15g coffee per 8 oz water · Medium-fine grind · Brew 2–4 minutes

Espresso
18g coffee · Fine grind · 36g yield · 25–30 seconds

Use filtered water at 195–205°F and grind fresh for the best flavor.
